亮蓝与石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物相互作用的荧光光谱性能研究

摘    要:成功地合成了石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物,并基于亮蓝对石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物的较强的荧光猝灭作用,研究了亮蓝与石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物相互作用的光谱性能。研究发现,亮蓝的紫外吸收光谱和石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物的荧光发射光谱相互重叠,亮蓝荧光发射强度的增加和石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物荧光发射强度的降低,推断两者之间发生了荧光共振能量转移。此外,石墨烯/CdTe量子点复合物荧光强度的降低(F0/F)与亮蓝的浓度之间具有良好的线性关系,线性范围为12.62-94.65nmol·L-1,最低检出限为6.4nmol·L-1,可用于溶液中亮蓝的定量分析,为建立新型荧光传感器提供了理论和实验基础。

Abstract:In this paper, graphene/CdTe quantum dots composites had been successfully synthesized, the spectral properties of the interaction between Brilliant blue and graphene/CdTe quantum dot complexes were investigated based on the strong fluorescence quenching effect of Brilliant Blue on graphene/CdTe quantum dots composites. Results shown that the UV absorption spectra of Brilliant Blue overlapped with the fluorescence emission spectrum of graphene/CdTe quantum dot composites, and increasing of fluorescence emission intensity of Brilliant Blue and the decreasing of the fluorescence emission intensity of graphene/CdTe quantum dot complex, all these indicated that fluorescence resonance energy transfer between Brilliant Blue and graphene/CdTe quantum dot has been taken place. Also there is a good linear relationship between the decreasing of fluorescence intensity of graphene/CdTe quantum dots composites (F0/F) and the concentrations of Brilliant Blue, the linear range is 18.93?94.65nmol·L-1, the detection limit is 6.6nmol·L-1, which could be used to quantitative analysis of Brilliant Blue solution, and could provide a theoretical and experimental basis for new fluorescence sensors.
