试论基于办公自动化下的电子文书档案管理方略

在新形势智能时代，随着办公自动化的使用和普及，纸质档案工作面临着改革。借助计算机和办公软件文书档案的归档大大提高效率，但在文书流转和整理归档中还面临着管理安全与漏洞问题。本文在文档文件形成过程的基础上，阐明了办公自动化环境下文档归档和归档的特点以及存在的问题。力争结合实际情况，探索流转备案策略，建立相对完善的办公自动化文件档案管理系统。

On the Electronic Document Archives Management Strategy based on Office Automation

In the new era of intelligence, with the use and popularization of office automation, paper file work is facing reform. With the help of computer and office software, the efficiency of filing documents has been greatly improved, but there are still problems of management security and vulnerability in document circulation and filing. Based on the process of document formation, this paper expounds the characteristics and problems of document archiving in office automation environment, aiming to combine the actual situation, explore circulation filing strategy to establish a relatively perfect office automation file management system.
