摘    要:针对机器人示教喷涂效果未知问题,进行了曲面喷涂厚度仿真研究。建立喷枪模型,在示教路径给定的情况下,利用MATLAB编写曲面单点喷涂厚度算法并进行仿真程序开发。利用SolidWorks建立曲率连续变化的曲面模型并获取曲面数据,应用仿真程序对设计的曲面进行喷涂仿真实验,根据经验预测仿真结果,最终实验结果与预测一致,证明仿真程序具有实用性。

Simulation of Surface Spraying Thickness Based on MATLAB
Abstract:The effect of robot spraying was unknown, so the thickness simulation of curved surface spraying was studied. The spray gun model was established, then the surface single point spraying thickness algorithm was written by using MATLAB, and the simulation program in the teaching path was programmed. A continuous curved surface model with continuous curvature was established by using SolidWorks, and the surface data were obtained. The surface spraying simulation experiment was carried out by using the simulation program. According to the result, the modification scheme is adjusted and simulated again, and the experimental results are consistent with the prediction.
