摘 要: | 负载独立流量分配(LUDV)因其抗流量饱和及节能广泛应用在液压挖掘机上,但因阀口开启或负载交替变换成为系统最高压力时,会产生一定的液压冲击。针对这一问题,分析LUDV控制原理,并根据LUDV系统以AMESim为平台建立模型,给定交替变化负载信号,对多路阀、补偿阀进出口压力流量特性进行仿真分析。结果表明:建立的模型是正确的;适当增加压力补偿阀弹簧刚度、适当减小补偿阀阀芯最大位移及适当扩大节流口直径可减弱液压冲击,提升系统的稳定性。

Simulation Analysis of LUDV System of Hydraulic Excavator Based on AMESim |

Abstract: | Load indenpendent flow distribution (LUDV) is widely applied in hydraulic excavator because of its resistance to flow and energy saving, but valve mouth open or alternating load becoming a high pressure system, can produce certain hydraulic impact.In order to solve this problem, the LUDV control principle was analyzed.According to the LUDV system, based on AMESim platform, a model was established. Giving a alternating change load signal,the import and export pressure flow characteristics of the multi way valve and the compensation valve were simulated.The results show that the model is correct; proper increase of the spring stiffness of the pressure compensating valve, proper decrease of the maximum displacement of the compensating valve core and the appropriate expansion of the throttle diameter can reduce the hydraulic impact and improve the stability of the system. |
