10 kV配网中性点小电阻接地系统的研究与设计

配电网的中性点接地方法是一个多因素的技术问题,一直是国内和国际研究的热点。传统小电阻接地系统在高阻接地或间歇接地故障时接地电流非常小,不满足零序电流保护要求,这种现象长时间会烧毁电阻器。针对这种现象,提出一种新型小电阻接地系统。在分析10 kV配电网中性点小电阻接地技术的结构和特点的基础上,用Matlab对新型小电阻接地系统进行仿真。仿真证明,新型小电阻接地系统比传统的小电阻接地系统更加安全可靠,对我国配电网自动化的发展可以提供参考和借鉴。

Research and design of neutral grounding resistance system for 10 kV distribution network

The neutral grounding method of distribution network is a multi-factor technical problem, which has been a hot spot of domestic and international research. The grounding current of traditional small resistance grounding system is very small when high resistance grounding or intermittent grounding fault occurs, which can not meet the requirement of zero sequence current protection. This phenomenon will burn resistors for a long time. In view of this phenomenon, a new type of small resistance grounding system is proposed. Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of the neutral grounding technology for 10 kV distribution network, a new type of small resistance grounding system is simulated with Matlab. It is proved that the new type of small resistance grounding system is safer and more reliable than the traditional small resistance grounding system, hoping to supply some reference and guidance for the development of distribution network automation in China.
