摘    要:为了解决水下生产配套装置线性覆盖工具输出的液压推力过小不能完全打开水下采油树阀门的问题,根据水下生产配套装置线性覆盖工具的运动特点,设计一套液压系统。通过Simulink/SimHydraulics模块构建线性覆盖工具中主活塞缸液压系统仿真模型,并对该系统进行仿真研究。仿真结果表明:线性覆盖工具主活塞缸在打开水下采油树阀门的工作状态下活塞杆运动平稳、无杆腔压力稳定,能够完全打开采油树阀门。通过与现场试验结果对比分析,该液压系统的各项仿真数据与实验结果基本吻合,证明了该液压系统具有合理性与可行性,同时也说明了该液压系统符合设计要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the hydraulic thrust force output by the linear cover tool of the subsea production equipment was too small to fully open the subsea valve,a hydraulic system was designed according to the motion characteristics of the subsea production equipment linear coverage tool.The simulation model of the main piston-cylinder hydraulic system in the linear cover tool was built by Simulink/SimHydraulics,and the system was simulated.The simulation results show that the main piston cylinder of the linear cover tool has stable piston rod movement and stable pressure in the rodless chamber when the subsea tree valve is opened,and can fully open the tree valve.Through comparison with field tests,the simulation data of the hydraulic system are basically consistent with the experimental results,which proves that the hydraulic system is reasonable and feasible,and also shows that the hydraulic system meets the design requirements.
