摘    要:报导了用降解木素菌预处理麦草对化学制浆的影响。用Ceriporiopsissubvermispora菌处理麦草可分别降低原料中木素和抽提物含量16.5%和44.3%。对于菌处理后麦草的化学制浆,在用碱量相同情况下,可降低纸浆卡伯值22%-27%;在相同卡伯值下可降低碱用量30kg/t原料;或在相同卡伯值下可缩短蒸煮时间30%。生物化学麦草浆与未经菌预处理化学麦草浆参照对比,纸浆白度较高,废水污染化学需氧量(COD)负荷较低。

Abstract:Wheat straw was pretreated with lignin-degrading fung; to report its effect on chemical pulping. Treatment with ceriporiopsis subvermispora reduced the lignin and extractives content of wheat straw by 16. 5% and 44. 3% respectively. For chemical pulping fungi pretreatment reduced the kappa number by 22%-27% at the same alkali charge,or reduced the alkali charge by 30kg/t of raw material or reduced the cooking time by up to 30% for the same kappa number. The biochemical pulp had higher brightness than the pulp obtained from raw material without any fungi treatment. The coD load in the effuent was lower for biochemical pulp than for conventional chemical pulp.
