摘    要:采用胺基封端的热塑性树脂(PPES-DA)增韧N,N′-(4,4′-二苯甲烷)双马来酰亚胺(BDM)/3,3′-二烯丙基-4,4-二苯丙烷(DABPA)共混体系,通过示差扫描量热(DSC)研究了共混体系的固化动力学,确定了共混体系的动力学参数,建立了固化度-固化时间关系曲线。考察PPES-DA含量对固化反应的影响,固化度、固化温度、固化时间3者对固化工艺的影响。采用热失重分析仪(TGA)和冲击试验研究了体系的耐热性和力学性能。结果表明,PPES-DA未改变体系的固化机理。后固化温度比固化时间对固化反应的影响更大。PPES-DA对体系耐热性影响不大,而随着PPES-DA含量的增加,体系的冲击强度增大,当质量分数为20%时,冲击强度提高60%,是较理想的增韧剂。

Abstract:The amino-terminated thermoplastic resin(PPES-DA) was used to toughen the blends of 4,4′,-bismaleimidodiphenyl-methane(BMI)/o,o'-diallyl bisphenol A(DABPA).The curing kinetics of the blends was investigated by DSC and the kinetic parameters of the blends were determined.The relationship of curing degree(α) and curing time(t) was established.The effects of PPES-DA content on the curing reaction were studied.The effects of curing degree,curing temperature and curing time on the curing process were investigated.Thermal and the mechanical properties of blends were studied by TGA analysis and impact test.The results showed that the addition of PPES-DA didn′t change the curing mechanism.The influence degree of the post curing temperature was greater than curing time.PPES-DA had little effect on heat resistanc of the systems.The impact strength was gradually increasing with the increasing of PPES-DA contents.The impact strength of blends with 20% PPES-DA was increased by 60% and PPES-DA was an ideal toughening agent.
