西藏某铜铅锌矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:针对西藏某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿石,采用适合该矿石性质的磁选-铜铅混选-尾矿选锌的原则工艺流程,应用复合黄药和DZ-1作铜铅混选捕收剂、组合抑制剂CF作方铅矿抑制剂、Z-200作铜铅分离捕收剂,可获得单独的铜、铅、锌精矿,金属回收率较高,同时,矿石中的硫及伴生银也得到了有效回收。

Abstract:According to complex copper-lead-zinc multi-metallic sulphide ore in Tibet,Process princinple which is magnetic-hybrid flotation of Cu and Pb-Zn flotation from tailings was carried out,compound xanthate and DZ-1 for hybrid flotation of Cu-Pb,combined inhibitor CF for galena, Z-200 for separation of copper and lead. Through this techonlogy, a separate copper, lead, zinc concentrate were obtained, and metal recovery is higher, then, sulfur and silver in sulphide ores have also been effective recovery.
