十万米纱疵的分析与控制

摘    要:根据十万米纱疵出现的几率以及纱疵的产生原因和危害性,对十万米纱疵进行了分类,并指出了原料纱疵、牵伸纱疵、操作管理纱疵对织物外观不同程度的危害性。讨论了不同组织特点的织物对十万米纱疵的不同要求,力求根据织物特点确定棉纱纱疵的数量和分级,以便合理确定纺纱工艺,降低纺纱成本。

Abstract:km yarn defects was divided into classification according to emergence frequency of yarn defects, produce reason and endangerment of yarn defects, different harmness to fabric appearance of row material defects, drafting and operation management yarn defects were pointed out. And different stitch structure fabric had different demand about 100km yarn defects was discussed, according to the different fabric characteristic to decide yarn defects amount and classification in order to enact reasonably spinning technology and reduce spinning final cost.
