橡胶增韧双马来酰亚胺树脂的研究

摘    要:在 4 ,4 ' 双马来酰亚胺二苯基甲烷 (BMDPM) /o ,o' 二烯丙基双酚A(DABPA)的基础上引入羧基封端的丁腈橡胶 (CTBN)增韧剂和稀释剂 ,采用先分步预聚、后减压共混的工艺合成了一种热熔性的韧性双马来酰亚胺树脂。研究了不同丙烯腈含量的羧基封端的丁腈橡胶 (CTBN)及其不同用量对树脂工艺性能、力学性能和耐热性的影响

Abstract:Based on the system of 4,4 bismaleimidodiphenyl methane (BMDPM)/o,o' diallylbisphenol A (DABPA),several reactive diluents and toughness modifiers were incorporated step by step to improve its toughness and processibility.A hot melting BMI resin with good toughness was obtained.The influence of the acrylonitrile content of the used CTBN on the mechanical properties and the heat resistant property of the resin have been described,as well as the effect of the weight of the CTBN on the properties of the resin.The results show that the optimised resin has good comprehensive mechanical properties and technological properties.;
