摘    要:SAN装置的生产能力由54.0 kt/a提高到75.6 kt/a.第一、第二脱挥器是SAN装置的关键设备,经核算可利旧,但须对其进料分布器进行重新设计.文中通过对脱挥器的产能进行核算,重新设计了进料分布器的结构.实践证明,新的进料分布器完全能够满足脱挥器的使用要求.

Abstract:The production capacity of SAN plant has been expanded to 75.6 kt/a from 54.0 kt/a.The first and the second devolatilizers are key equipment to the SAN plant.It was found after calculation that the old equipment could be reutilized,but their feed distributors had to be redesigned.In this paper,the structures of the feed distributors were redesigned through the calculation of devolatilizers capacity.The practice shows,the new feed distributors can completely meet the devolatilizers' application requirement.
