摘    要:研究了氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定陆地水中痕量硒,对检测条件及共存元素的干扰进行了试验。500 mg/L(Fe3+,Pb2+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Ca2+,Na+,K+,Mg2+)不影响硒的测定。在最佳条件下,硒的检出限为0.23 ng/mL,精密度为1.11%。该方法成功应用于武汉陆地水中硒含量的测定。

Abstract:The survey of trace selenium in continental water by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry,the interferences of coexisting elements and test conditions have been studied.The interferences of coexisting ions such as Fe3+,Pb2+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Ca2+,Na+,K+,Mg2+(Five hundred milligrams per liter) did not interfere with the survey of selenium.Under optimal conditions,the detection limits for selenium was surveyed to be 0.23 ng/mL and the precisions for twelve replicate determinations was surveyed to be 1....
