乙二醇污水对碳钢的腐蚀性研究

生物流化床反应器是一种高效好氧水处理设备,用于乙二醇污水处理时效果良好。但在试验过程中,发现碳钢材质的反应器腐蚀严重。根据碳钢挂片在不同条件下的腐蚀速率,研究腐蚀发展程度和表面形貌图像特征的关系。重点通过不同条件下乙二醇污水对碳钢、不锈钢挂片的腐蚀速率对比,探讨其腐蚀机理,说明生物流化床处理乙二醇污水设备中腐蚀以点腐蚀为主的特征。结果表明,处理乙二醇污水生物流化床反应器选用碳钢材质腐蚀较严重,且表面形成较深的腐蚀坑,设备需要做防腐蚀处理或选用其它耐腐蚀材质。不锈钢材质在处理乙二醇污水生物流化床反应器中具有较好的抗腐蚀能力。

Study on corrosion behavior of ethylene glycol waste water on carbon steel

Biofluidized - bed reactor is a high - efficiency aerobic wastewater treatment equipment, whose treatment effect is very good for ethylene glycol wastewater. Whereas serious corrosion was found in the carbon steel reactor in the process of experiment. On the basis of corrosion rates of carbon steel coupon under different conditions, the relationship between corrosion development level and morphology of corroded surface is investigated. The corrosion mechanisms are investigated through the comparison of corrosion rates of carbon steel and stainless steel coupons under the different conditions of glycol wastewater, which shows that the equipment corrosion of bio - fluidized bed equipment which treats ethylene glycol wastewater is mainly pitting corrosion. The results indicate that, the corrosion of biofluidized - bed reactor of carbon steel is serious and corrosion pit is deep. Corrosion protection or selection of corrosion - resistant materials is needed for the equipment. Stainless steel has a good anti - corrosion performance in ethylene glycol wastewater treatment in biofluidized - bed reactor.
