摘    要:介绍了天津分公司炼油部1.0 Mt/a连续重整装置自2009年3月开工以来的运行情况和重整进料焊接板式换热器冷流进料侧压力降升高的过程。从重整原料氮含量、干点和稠环芳烃含量以及进料温度的控制等方面进行了原因分析,认为重整进料氮含量超标导致板式换热器结盐是造成冷流进料侧压力降升高的主要原因。提出了解决压力降升高问题的措施和稳定压力降的建议。

Abstract:The operation of a 1.0 MM TPY continuous catalytic reforming unit in SINOPEC Tianjin Company since its start- up in March, 2009 is introduced. The rising of pressure drop at the cold feed side of welded plate heat exchanger is described. The cause analysis in respect of nitrogen content, end point, poly - aromatics content and feed temperature control concludes that the main cause of rising pressure drop at the cold feed side is the over - specification of nitrogen in CCR feedstock which results in the salt deposition on the plate heat exchanger. Effective measures are recommended for solving the high pressure drop problem and stabilizing the pressure drop.
