芳烃抽提装置设备管线腐蚀与对策

摘    要:介绍了芳烃抽提装置设备及管线的运行状况,列举了近年来装置设备及管线在运行中出现的腐蚀部位及泄漏情况,分析了腐蚀形成的主要原因,剖析了芳烃抽提装置所用萃取溶剂环丁砜在运行中出现降解及降解产物对设备及管线造成腐蚀的作用机理及影响因素。提出了控制萃取溶剂环丁砜循环系统在运行过程中氧含量、提高溶剂系统pH值和运行设备及管线材质升级等解决措施。同时对设备及管线易腐蚀部位做定期测厚,监控其在装置运行期间的腐蚀泄漏状况,以便及时采取措施,减小腐蚀造成的风险。措施实施后,明显减少或消除了芳烃抽提装置设备及管线腐蚀的发生几率,确保了芳烃抽提装置的长周期运行。

Abstract:The operations of equipment and pipelines in the aromatic extraction unit are introduced, the corrosion locations and corrosion leakages of equipment and pipelines in recent years are described, and the corrosion causes are analyzed in detail. The degradation of sulfolane which is extraetant in the operation and the corrosion mechanisms of degradation products on the equipment and pipelines as well as impact factors are studied. Countermeasures are proposed such as controlling the oxygen content in the operation of sulfolane system, increasing pH value of solvent system and upgrading the materials for the equipment and pipelines. In addition, periodic measurement of thickness is recommended for the locations of equipment and pipelines which are subject to corrosion to monitor the corrosion leaking in operation. The implementation of these measures have greatly reduced or eliminated the corrosion of equipment and pipelines of aromatic extraction unit and long - term operation of the unit has been ensured.
