基于BQ77PL900的多节锂电池充放电管理系统

摘    要:因多节锂电池充放电管理要求严格,如电池电量平衡、过流/短路保护、欠压保护、过温保护等。故针对多节锂电池充放电管理要求,设计了一种基于BQ77PL900的充放电管理系统,采用PIC18LF4520作为核心处理器,并给出了详细的系统软、硬件设计。实验结果表明,该电路能够完成10节电池的充放电管理,达到了预期的设计要求。

Abstract:Multi-cell lithium batteries are widely used in variety of electronic equipments because they can pro- vide high voltage and current. Management for multi-cell lithium battery charging and discharging is quite important which includes cell balancing, over-current/short-circuit protection, over-temperature protection and so on. A new multi-cell lithium battery charging and discharging management based on BQ77PL900 and PIC18LF4520 is put for- ward in this paper, and the software and hardware design are illustrated in detail. Experiment results demonstrate that this circuit can successfully achieve multi-cell lithium battery charging and discharging.
