| 摘 要： | 对传统的WideBand Delphi估计法、功能点法和类比法进行了分析、比较,提出了一种改进的成本估算方法。该方法以WideBand Delphi估计法为原型,在专家估计过程中,将功能点法和类比法融入其中,有效规避了WideBand Delphi估计法过于依赖专家经验的不足,并通过类比扩展了功能点法所局限的应用领域,既保证了估计方法的科学性,又保证了估计结果的准确性。实际估算数据的比较表明,改进后的估算方法具有更高的精确度。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of traditional WideBand Delphi method,COSMIC method and analogy method are analyzed and compared. An improved cost estimation method with software is proposed,in which the WideBand Delphi method is taken as a prototype,and the COSMIC method and the analogy method are combined during the cost estimation of the experts to over-come the shortcomings that the WideBand Delphi method depends too much on the experience of the experts. Furthermore,this method extends the application fields of COSMIC method via analogy. Multi-methods combination can ensure the scientificity of the estimation method and the accuracy of the results. The practical estimation data shows that this method has higher accuracy. |
