电源端口骚扰电压测量中的不确定度分析

摘    要:测量不确定度是测量系统最重要的特性指标,也是测量质量的重要标志。为了评估实验室电源端口骚扰电压测试项目的测量质量,确保实验室出具数据的可靠性。根据CNAS电磁干扰测量不确定度的评定指南,通过实验室的实地测量,充分考虑实验室设备、环境、人员等因素对不确定度的影响,对LED照明产品EMC检测项目电源端口骚扰电压测试中的不确定度分量进行了详细地分析和评定。在计算过程中,对相关数据进行了合理的简化,评定结果完全符合标准要求,且置信度高。

Abstract:The uncertainty of measurement is the most important characteristic index of the test system,and also the most important symbol of the inspection quality. In order to evaluate the quality of mains terminal disturbance voltage of LED lighting in the laboratory and ensure the reliability of testing data. According to the evaluation guidance on the uncertainty in electromag-netic interference measurement in the laboratory,the uncertainty in the measurement of mains terminal disturbance voltage of LED lighting was analyzed and assessed in detail in consideration of the influence of equipments,environment,personnel and so on. Some reasonable simplification for the relevant data are adopted in the calculation. The evaluation result accords with the requirement of standard and has high degree of confidence.
