微生物污水处理技术的应用

目前国内普遍采用物理化学法处理油田污水,但此方法安全性差,容易造成二次污染及水资源浪费等问题。微生物污水处理技术具有运行能耗低、降解有机物彻底、出水水质稳定等特点,且与膜技术和过滤分离联合使用效果更显著。通过分析陕北油田污水处理现状及流程,介绍了微生物油田污水处理技术在陕北油田污水处理的应用,利用微生物的专性和协同作用,对不同层位的采出水投加"倍加清"专性联合菌群,为分析微生物技术在陕北油田污水处理上的适用性提供了依据。

Application of microbes waste water treatment technology

In China, the waste water from oil fields is generally treated by physic - chemical processes. Theses processes are poor in safety and easy to produce secondary pollution and waste the water sources. Whereas, the microbes waste water treatment technologies are low in energy consumption in operation, complete in microbes degradation and good in treated water quality, etc. When it is applied in combination with membrane technology and filtration separation technology, the water treatment efficiency will be greatly improved. Through the analysis of the existing process of waste water treatment in Shaanbei Oil Field and operation, the application of laboratory microbes waste water treatment technology in the treatment of waste water of Shaanbei Oil Field is introduced, which features the application of the obligation and synergistic effect of microbes and injection of obligate bacteria group into the different production waters. This provides a good basis for the study on the applicability of microbes waste water treatment technology in the treatment of waste water of Shaanbei Oil Field.
