摘    要:建立了酸液在裂缝中流动的流速场数值计算模型,在考虑酸液纵向传质的基础上,推导了酸液浓度分布的数值模型,给出了模型求解方法;酸液在裂缝内流动反应过程中,缝高方向流速的变化导致其反应速度的变化,采用三维模拟方法计算的酸液浓度在缝高方向不再为一定值;由此可计算酸蚀裂缝导流能力沿缝高的变化,比仅考虑酸液沿缝长作一维流动的传统模型具有更好的适应性。研制和开发了三维酸化压裂模拟设计软件,以某气井为例进行单井施工参数的优化设计,推荐优化施工参数,设计思路对类似油田的酸化压裂方案优化设计具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:merical calculation model of flow velocity field for acid flowing in the fractures is given. With consideration of mass transfer in the direction of fracture height, the numerical model for calculating acid concentration distribution in the fractures is derived, and solution method of the model is given. During acid flowing and reaction in the fracture, the change of flow velocity in the direction of fracture height results in the change of reaction rate. Acid concentration in the direction of fracture height isn' t constant by three-dimensional simulated calculation method. Because it can calculate flow conductivity variation of etched fractures along fracture height, the model has better adaptability than the traditional one -dimensional model with consideration of acid flow along the fracture length only. The three-dimensional software for acid fracturing simulation is developed and it is used to the optimum design of operating parameters for one gas-well. The optimum parameters of acid fracturing for one gas-well are recommended. The design method has important reference value for the acid fracturing design of similar oilfield.
