| 摘 要： | 应用PLC技术对C5112型立式车床电气系统进行改造。详细分析了C5112立式车床动作流程，PLC控制系统软、硬件设计，并给出了PLC接线图和梯形图。为提高C5112型立式车床系统性能，降低故障率，提高生产效率提供了有力的保障。

| Abstract: | The application of using the PLC technique to the electric system of C5112 vertical lathe rebuilding was introduced. The motion flow,PLC control soft and hard design of C5112 vertical lathe were analyzed, and the PLC wiring diagram and the ladder diagram were given. The technique ensured powerfully the performance of C5112 vertical lathe system,decreased failure rate,increased production efficiency. |
