摘    要:根据形状误差定义及数学规划理论,建立形状误差包容评定的非线性规划模型,提出一种线性逼近算法摸式。其核心是利用线性规划模型的迭代运算,结合坐标变换去逼近非线性规划模型最优解。理论分析和大量计算表明算法能精确地评定形状误差,且快速收敛、计算稳定。

Abstract:The nonlinear programming models of minimum envelop evaluation for form error are presented in terms of the definitions of form error and the mathematical programming theory. An algorithm which is suitable for solving the models is also proposed .The key of the algorithm is to approach the optimum solutions of the nonlinear programming models by means of iterative calculations of the approximate linear programming models, in combination with coordinate conversions. A large number of the experiments and theoretical analyses have proved the fact that the optimum solutions conform to the essential conditions of optimization of the nonlinear programming models, and algorithm is accurate and efficient.
