摘    要:根据包钢6#高炉开炉生产6年来风口使用情况,分析了两种不同长度风口,在生产中的使用情况及风口破损的原因.通过调整风口长度及进风面积,处理上翘风口二套,稳定炉况顺行等措施,延长风口的使用寿命.

Analysis on Service Conditions of Tuyere on 6# Blast Furnace of Baotou Steel

Abstract:In the article,the service conditions in productions and the causes of damage for the tuyeres with two differ- ent lengths are analyzed based on their conditions since the 6# blast furnace of Baotou Steel was put into operation 6 years ago. Finally,it is obtained that the service life of tuyere could be prolonged with such measures of smoothing the furnace conditions as adjusting the length and area of inlet air for tuyere as well as the cocked second sleeve of tuyere.
