摘    要:采用传统的乳液聚合方法首先合成了交联型聚丙烯酸酯乳液,以其作为种子,进行氯乙烯乳液接枝聚合反应,得到了聚丙烯酸酯/聚氯乙烯复合粒子改性剂,用于聚氯乙烯的共混改性。通过粒径分析仪、动态力学分析、透射电镜等手段对复合粒子及其共混PVC材料进行了测试与表征。结果表明,复合粒子具有明显的核壳结构,粒径大小均一;动态力学分析显示,随着交联剂ALM A用量的增加,橡胶相核层与PVC壳层之间相容性明显改善;当种子乳化剂浓度为2 g/L、交联剂ALM A用量为2%时改性PVC材料综合性能最好。

Abstract:Synthesis of P(BA-EHA)-core/PVC-shell latices as a modifying agent of PVC via seeded emulsion copolymerization was reported here.Particle diameter distribution and morphological structure of the composite particles,the dynamic mechanical property of the blending materials were characterized and determined via an analyzer of particle sizes or transmission electron microscopy(TEM) or dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA),respectively.TEM study indicates that the P(BA-EHA)/PVC composite particles have a regular core-shell structure and the particle diameters of the composite latices are near.DMA results reveal that the compatibility between the P(BA-EHA) rubber and the matrix polymer(PVC) be much well improved by an addition of the ALMA.When adding amount of the P(BA-EHA)/PVC was 6 parts for the synthesis of the P(BAEHA) with 2% of ALMA and 2 g/L of emulsifier concentration,the notched impact strength of the blending material was 2.5 times that of PVC.
