摘    要:通过对两种典型镁合金化学成分、力学性能、热轧试验及内部微观组织特别是夹杂物金相和SEM观察等的对比分析,研究AZ31B变形镁合金薄板在主要化学成分十分接近的情况下,夹杂物种类、形貌、大小、分布对变形与使用过程中的力学及耐蚀性能上的影响。结果表明,细小、球形而又弥散分布的含硅夹杂相有利于细化基体晶粒,改善材料的内部微观组织结构。因此夹杂物的控制对提高AZ31B的强度、轧薄极限、耐蚀性等综合性能十分重要。

Abstract:The effects of the inclusion type, morphology, size and the distribution in AZ31B thin sheets on the mechanical properties and anticorrosion ability during the processing and application are investigated with the materials almost same in main compositions by comparison of the characteristics of chemical compositions, mechanical properties, hot-rolling process and internal microstructure especially inclusions observed by optical microscope and SEM for different as-received magnesium alloys. The results show that the fine, spherical and dispersed inclusion contained Si is in favored of refining matrix crystals and optimizing internal microstructure of the alloy. So control of the inclusions is important for improving the unitary properties of AZ31B thin sheet including strength, rolling limitation and anticorrosion ability.
