新型无线感应技术在位置检测中的应用

摘    要:在工业有轨作业机车自动定位中,需要对移动机车位置进行精确检测,以便控制系统能够自动地控制机车朝目标位置行驶并最终停留在目标位置,提出了一种新型无线感应位置检测方法,基于电磁感应原理,建立发送线圈与编码电缆之间的信息传输系统,通过检测感应电动势的相位和幅度,得到移动机车的位置。对新型无线感应位置检测原理和检测方法进行了研究,推导了位置检测公式,设计了位置检测电路模型,并进行了无线感应位置检测实验。结果表明应用新型无线感应技术进行位置检测,检测精度为2 mm,且具有较好的抗干扰能力。

Abstract:In automatic positioning of industrial rail locomotives,it is necessary for accurate measurement of mo-bile locomotive location,with which automatic positioning control system makes locomotive move towards its destina-tion and stop automatically.Aa method for position detection by the new radio induction is proposed.Based on the principles of electromagnetic induction,the information transmission system between sending coil and coded cable is built.The mobile locomotive location can be acquired by detecting the phase and amplitude of induced emf.The prin-ciples and methods of the new radio induction technology to position detection are studied.Some detection formulas are deduced,the circuit model of position detection is also designed,and some experiments for position detection by the radio induction are carried out.The research results show that the new radio induction technology has a better anti-interference performance can be applied in position detection,and the detection accuracy is 2mm.
