摘    要:按照模锻体积不变原理,锻造预成形毛坯与热拉伸成形工艺相结合的方法,压制出带双法兰的钢半球壳,从而可实现采用小吨位设备,制造出加工余量少的变截面带双法兰钢半球壳锻件。

Abstract:According to the principle that the volume of work piece is invariable during die forging,combining the roughcast pre forming and heat stretch forming process,the steel half spherical shell with double flange(equator and waist flange)can be forged.This new method made it true to use light tonnage equipment to forge the half spherical steel shell with small metal allowance and variable sections.
