凝结水系统容量不足原因分析及改进

摘    要:江苏利港电力有限公司1号、2号机组凝结水泵是按照单台100%容量配置,但投产后当机组负荷升至330 MW后,单泵运行凝结水水流量无法保证除氧器水位,需增开一台凝结水泵。为了达到机组满负荷时凝结水泵单台运行的目的,通过试验和计算,找到降低除氧器水位调整门压力损失的解决方法,同时确保压力损失在合理的范围内。

Abstract:The condensate pumps of Jiangsu Ligang Power Plant's No.1 and No.2 set were intended each to be able to meet the set's 100% output.But,actually whenever the set's output got to 330 MW,a single pump by itself was unable to maintain the deaerator's water level,and another condensate pump had to be started.To enable the set to operate at full load with only one condensate pump running,by testing and calculation,a solution was found in reducing the pressure loss incurred by the deaerator's water level regulating valve and making sure of its containment within reasonable bounds.
