建筑物屋面普通防水卷材渗漏原因分析与修复

我国过去一直采用沥青油毡等普通防水卷材作为屋面的主要防水材料。这种普通的防水材料有一定的优点，如造价比较低廉，有一定的防水能力，但是它的缺陷也非常明显，如热施工、环境污染严重，低温脆裂、高温流淌，最重要的是持续防水时间太短，大概7年～8年就要维修。针对普通防水卷材容易出现的一些问题作具体分析，并提出修复的措施。

The ordinary water-proof coiled materials like asphalt felt and so on were used as main water-proof materials all the time in our country.This kind of materials are of some advantages such as lower cost and the capacity of protecting against water,but of some disadvantages such as heat construction,serionsly polluted environment,cracks at low temperature and melting at high temperature.What most important is that the time to continuously protect against water is too short.Therefore roofings have to be repaired after seven or eight years.The paper analyzed some problems of easily happening in ordinary water-proof coil stock and put forword some measures to repair roofings.
