| Abstract: | The mechanical characteristics of OPGW are very important to OPGW safe-running as earth wire, especially the tensile strength, creep and fatigue. But during the OPGW structure design and line design, there are several questions about these characteristics which need to be clarified.This paper discusses these issues in details. |
