| Abstract: | At present there appear some problems and phenomena that make people worried in the troop construction of political work cadres of enterprise, especially of enterprise primary level. Strengthening troops construction of enterprise political work cadres is an all-directional systematic project, which need us to give organization security、 lead into competition mechanism、 reinforce self quality and perfect encouragement policy. |
