| 摘 要： | 分析了电枢支架塑件的结构特点，针对电枢支架塑件在成型中存在的困难，介绍了其注塑成型工艺选择、成型模具的结构特点及其操作过程，阐述了模具设计中换向片嵌件的定位、转轴的定位和模具制造，特别讨论了上型腔板加工的一些关键技术。

| Abstract: | The structural characteristics of armature bracket are analyzed.In the view of themolding difficulties of the bracket,the selection of injection processes,the structural characteris-tics of the mould and its operation are introduced.The locating methods of the commutator seg-ment and the rotary shaft are presented,as well as the key techniques during the mouldmanufacturing,especially the upper cavity plate manufacturing. |
