交流伺服电动机神经元PID自适应控制器的研究与开发

摘    要:分析了交流伺服电动机磁场定向控制系统中PID控制存在的问题及不足,提出并设计了利用神经网络控制来克服其不足的模糊神经元加权PID控制算法。所设计的智能控制算法具有运算量较小、鲁棒性强的特点。实验表明,与传统电流控制比较,采用智能电流控制的控制性能有较大的提高。

Abstract:The inadequacy in current control for traditional field orientation control for AC servo motors is analyzed. The single neuron PID control algorithm for stator DC current is put forward and designed to avoid the inadequacy. The designed intelligent control algorithms are characterized by less calculation amount and robustness. It is verified by experiment that in comparison with traditional PID current control, intelligent current control can improve the control property to some extent.
