K_2O-B_2O_3-SiO_2系统玻璃结构的光谱研究

摘    要:本文应用红外光谱和喇曼光谱分析技术,研究了K2O-B2O3-SiO2系统玻璃的结构.结果表明,在SiO2/B2O3>2的情况下,无论K2O/B2O3>1、≈1、还是<1,玻璃结构中均存在[BO3],Si-O--O-Si-O-及各种硼酸盐基团,在实验组成范围内,玻璃结构以硅氧网络为主,硅氧网络和硼氧网络上均带有非桥氧,并且对这种结构特征产生的原因进行了分析.另外,实验结果还说明SiO2/B2O3和K2O/B2O3是影响网络结构的主要原因.

Abstract:The infrared and Raman spectroscopic technique has been used to study the structure of K O-B O-SiO systema-glasses. The -results indicate that with SiO2/B2O3>2 theBO3]triangles,2 Si-O, O-Si-O and other borate groups are formed in the glasses regardless of K2O/B2O3>1,=for<1.There are NBO ions in both silicate-oxygen and borate-oxygen groups.The SiO2/B2O3 and K2O/B2O3 ratios could change the struture of the networks. Finally,the causesare discussed.
