平板硫化机热板温度场有限元分析

摘    要:根据传热学理论和迦辽金加权余量法的变分原理,对电热板的平面温度场进行理论推导,并结合实际情况及研究需要,建立相应的数学模型.通过对该数学模型的离散化,应用ANSYS软件进行数值求解,得出国产电热平板硫化机热板的工作表面温度误差.这一结果为进行热板结构优化,使热板表面温度趋于均匀提供参考数据.

Abstract:In this paper, a two-dimension temperature fidd of dectric heating plates is derived according to both the theory of heat transfer and the variational principle of Gelerkin weighted residual method. The relative mathematical modal is constructed in line with practical condition and researching needs. With a discrete approach, its temperature field is calculated by application of ANSYS software, and then we obtain numerical solution concerning the temperature difference of working surface of home product. The result is valuable reference data which can help people optimize the structure of pressed plate, as well as decrease temperature difference of working surface.
