| 摘 要： | 根 据数 控加 工各 辅助 指令 的结 构、原 理，结 合加 工中 的具 体情 况， 逐一 探讨 各种 辅助 指令在使用 中应注意 的问题 及其解 决措 施。 在实 际效 果 中，尤 其 是在 调试 程 序中， 一般 可 使零 件 的尺寸精度 控制在 尺寸公差 的上限（ 轴类零件） 或下限（ 孔类零 件） ， 并使 程序 调试 的时 间大 为缩 短。实际应用 结果说明 了辅助 指令在编 程中的使 用好坏 ，对保证 零件的 加工 质量 和精 度有 着积 极的 现实意义。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the structure and principle of each auxiliary instruction for digital controlled processing,and considering the specific situation in processing,the paper discusses the actual problems and actions to be taken in the application of all auxiliary instructions. The precision on the dimension of spare parts should be controlled within the upper limit of dimension tolerance (axial spare parts) or lower limit (holed spare parts), esp on the programming of debugging. The debugging time is shortened at large scale.The result on actual application shows that the application of auxiliary instruction in programming plays an important role in guaranteeing the quality and precision of spare parts processing. |
