摘    要:对尿素与乙醇通过醇解反应合成氨基甲酸乙酯进行了研究,考察了反应温度、反应时间、反应初始压力及原料配比等因素对反应的影响。确定的优化反应参数为:乙醇/尿素进料摩尔比4:1,反应初始压力1.2MPa,反应温度170℃并在此温度反应1.5h。在此优化条件下,氨基甲酸乙酯的得率达87.1%。

Abstract:The synthesis of ethyl carbomate from urea and ethanol by the alcoholysis of urea in autoclave was investigated.The effects of temperature,time,initial pressure,and the feed molar ratio of ethanol to urea on the reaction were observed,and the optimized reaction parameters were determined as follows:feed molar ratio of ethanol to urea 4∶1,reaction initial pressure 1.2 MPa,reaction temperature 170 ℃,and keeping reaction 1.5 hours at the temperature.Under the optimized reaction conditions,the yield of ethyl carbomate was up to 87.1%.
