25SiMnMoV钢闪光对焊接头的断裂韧度

摘    要:本文采用三点弯曲侧切小试样测试了25SiMnMoV钢闪光焊接接头经淬火、回火后的断裂韧度。结果表明,过热区的断裂韧度最高,正火区次之,而焊缝最低,断裂韧度的高低与焊接区的原始组织状态,重新加热淬火过程中的组织遗传和相遗传等因素有关。

Abstract:The fracture toughness of flash-butt-welded joint of 25SiMnMoV steel after quenching and tempering has been tested by three-point-bent and side-slitted small specimen. As a result, the fracture toughness is the highest in overheated zone, higher in normalzed area, and the lowest in the weld, which is related to the initial structure of welding zone, and the inheritance of structure and dislocation during reheating and quenching.
