| 摘 要： | 介绍了板材多点成形设备基本体的结构特点，提出了加压调平法。在对基本体调平时，通过施加压力消除机械间隙及弹性变形等因素对基本体高度的影响，提高了基本体调平的精度。此外，还论述了通过控制伺服电机转矩来实现基本体调平的方法。

| Abstract: | The structure and characteris ti cs of the elements of Multi-point forming press have been introduced with a me thod of adjusting elements to the same height.The influence of mechanical gap and elastic deformation on the height of the elements has been eliminated via t his method with an improved adjusted accuracy.The specific method of adjustment by controlling the torsion of the servo motor has been expounded in details wh ile the software flow chart of adjusting elements to the same height has been b eing presented. |
