生物医学电阻抗成像系统信号源的设计与实现

摘    要:提出一种生物医学电阻抗成像系统的信号源设计和实现的方法.利用直接数字合成技术(DDS)产生正弦电压信号,并将其经三运放电压控制电流源(VCCS)电路转换成为生物电阻抗激励所需电流信号.仿真与实验结果表明:信号源具有波形失真小、幅值稳定,且频率、幅值、相位可调等优点,而且在O~70 MHz测试范围内具有较高的稳定度和输出...

Abstract:This paper proposes a method for the signal source of biomedical electrical impedance tomography system.Sine voltage signal is generated through using direct digital synthesis(DDS)technology,and it is converted into excitation current signal through three op amp voltage controlled current source(VCCS)circuit.Simulation and experimental results show that:the signal source not only has advantages of waveform distortion,amplitude stability,and the adjustable frequency,amplitude,phase,etc,but also has a high stability and big output impedance in the range 0~70 MHz.It is an ideal signal source for biomedical impedance imaging system.
