厚煤层综放工作面放煤方式技术实践

摘    要:影响综放工作面回采率的因素除放煤步距以外,放煤方式也起着极为重要的作用。为确定工作面合理的放煤方式,提高顶煤回收率,针对北徐楼煤矿的实际地质条件对不同放煤方式进行了理论分析和PFC2D软件模拟研究,掌握了顶煤运动规律及不同放煤方式的优缺点,并确定该煤矿采用单轮顺序的放煤方式。通过在该矿进行工业试验,验证其是否满足矿井生产设计需要。

Abstract:Among the factors affecting the recovery value in fully mechanized top-coal caving face,the caving manner is of utmost importance as well as caving interval.In order to determine the reasonable caving manner and increase recovery value of top coal,this paper adopts theoretical analysis and PFC2D simulation software to analyze the different caving manners according to the actual geological conditions in Beixulou Coal Mine,to have mastered the motion law of the top coal and the advantages and disadvantages of the different caving manners and have determined the caving manner in one-round order in Beixulou Coal Mine.Then some industrial tests are carried out to verify whether it can meet the needs of production design of that coal mine.
