电生成Fenton试剂法反应机制的研究

摘    要:目的为了探讨电生成Fenton试剂法的可行性.方法根据电解原理,改变试验条件,并向阴极不断通入空气,测定电解过程中阳极溶解铁和阴极过氧化氢的产量.结果电流密度是影响阳极铁溶解量的主要因素,应控制在适宜的范围;不同电流密度、不同组合电极、通入不同气体类型以及不同pH值对过氧化氢产量都有很大的影响,必须在电解过程中控制好各试验条件,过氧化氢的产量才能够达到比较理想的数值.结论电生成Fenton试剂法采用电化学方法产生的Fe2 和H2O2作为Fenton试剂的持续来源,有效克服了传统Fenton工艺运行时需要消耗大量药剂而使成本升高,难以实用的缺点.

Abstract:The feasibility of Electro-Fenton reagent technique was discussed.The research uses electroanalysis principle to change reaction condition and blow the air into the cathode all the time.When electrifying,H2O2 was produced by cathode and Fe2 was produced by iron-anode,meanwhile the output of H2O2 and Fe2 were measured.Current density is the main influence of some factors,so it should be controlled in the appropriate range.Different current density,different combinatio of electrode,different type of blowing air and different pH have great effect on the output of H2O2.To gain a better output of H2O2,each condition should be controlled appropriately.ElectroFenton reagent technique use Fe2 and H2O2 produced through electrochemistry method as a continuous source.This technique effectively overcomes high cost which was made by using large numbers of medicament and low practicality.
