| 摘 要： | 简介了HHE型往复式压缩机的结构、主要特征、工艺参数及运行情况。在合成氨装置改造中,采用高效低能耗的大型HHE型往复式压缩机替代红旗牌压缩机,取得了显著效果。采用大型HHE型压缩机,不仅吨氨可降低电耗201．91 kWh,而且减少了设备维护费用,提高了劳动生产率,改善了生产环境,消除了安全隐患。

| Abstract: | A brief account is given of the structure, main characteristics, technological parameters and performance of the Model HHE reciprocating compressor. In the revamp of an ammonia unit, the large, high-efficiency, low-energy-consumption Model HHE reciprocating compressor is employed to replace the Red Flag Brand compressor,giving remarkable results. The use of the large Model HHE compressor not only reduces power consumption by 201. 91 kWh per tonne of ammonia but also decreases the maintenance charges of the equipment, increases labor productivity, improves the production environment, and eliminates the hidden safety peril. |
