| 摘 要： | 在模具CAD／CAM中，由零件产品的造型获得模具型腔和型芯最关键的技术是模具分模面的构建，对于简单零件分模面可直接选取产品最大轮廓线实现，而对于复杂曲面零件的分模面的构建，目前资料还尚为欠缺。该文主要通过使用Pro／E软件，以风扇叶片为例，阐述了复杂曲面零件产品的造型及其模具分模面构建的方法和注意事项，为今后类似零件产品的造型及其分模面构建提供依据。

| Abstract: | In die & mould CAD/CAM,the building of parting surface is key technique of obtaining mould cavity and core according to the part model. The max outline is chosen as the parting surface for simple part. However, there is not suitable building of parting surface for the part with complex surface. The method and the noticed item of modeling and parting surface building can be introduced by the example of fan blade with Pro/E software. The conclusion can provide base of modeling and parting surface of similar parts. |
