| 摘 要： | 从加热剂的选用着手,分析了几种食品加热剂的使用,并从中选取了经济实惠、加热效果较好的食品加热剂;对方便食品的罐体进行了改进设计,使之符合速热的要求;对方便米饭的工艺流程以及如何保持其营养等方面作了一定的探讨。

| Abstract: | In this article the author analyzed the use of several food heating reagents and chose one proved to be more economical and more effective . At the same time, the author improved the design for the instant rice's tin body to meet the requirement for rapid heating and also investigated the technical process of instant rice and researched how to keep the instant rice nourish. |
