界面法制备的纳米MnO_2的性能

摘    要:以KMnO_4、MnSO_4为原料,在乙酸乙酯与水形成的界面反应,制备了纳米MnO_2.XRD、IR及SEM等分析表明:制备的MnO_2为α和γ晶型的混合晶相,由一些规则的小纳米棒组成.电化学性能测试表明:MnO_4电极在6 mol/L KOH中具有良好的电容行为,比电容可达243 F/g.特殊的纳米结构有利于大电流放电.

Abstract:Nano-MnO_2 was synthesized by reacting on the interface between ethyl acetate and water with KmnO_4 and MnSO_4 as raw materials. The XRD, IR and SEM analyses showed the prepared MnO_2 was the mixed phase of α and γ crystal type,compesed of some small and uniform nanoreds. The dcctrochemical performance tests showed the MnO_2 electrode had fine capacitance behavior in 6 mol/L KOH,its specific capacitance could reach 243 F/g. The special nano-strueture was beneficial to its heavy load discharge.
