摘    要:本文针对镁合金用冷硬树脂型砂,提出了几种防燃附加物的选配和用量;通过控制树脂加入量,改善型砂的溃散性;采用两砂造型以简化造型工艺、节约冷硬树脂砂用量;结合镁合金机匣铸件特点,采用冷铁内移和冒口外调等工艺措施,达到使铸件精确美观。

Abstract:This paper elucidates the use of the cold hardening resin sand in the casting of magnesium alloy, and puts forward several combustion protective ahents and their proportionings in the sand.On the other hand the dispersivity of the sand can be improved by controlling the content of resin, and molding process can be simplified and the cold hardening resin sand can be saved by twin-sand molding, and the precision and smoothness of the casting can be improved as well.
