鲍壳甲壳素的提取研究

摘    要:研究了利用鲍壳提取甲壳素,得到了甲壳素的最佳提取条件:先用2mol/L的NaOH室温浸泡24h,再用1mol/L的HCl室温浸泡48h,产率为0.525%;发现了鲍壳壳聚糖对亚硝酸钠的清除及对亚硝胺的阻断有促进的作用。

Abstract:The best condition of extracting chitin from abalone shell had been investigated,which was: abalone was soaked with 2 mol/L NaOH at room temperature for 24 hours,then soaked with 1 mol/L HCl at room temperature for 48 hours. The final yield of chitin was 0.525%.It was found that chitosan from abalone could enhance the capabilities of scavenging and disconnection on sodium nitrite and nitrosodimethylamin respectively.
