| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the experiences and efforts improving urban pedestrian movement in UK, Germany and USA in recent hundred year,including "Radburn" in residential area, Buchanan's report for traffic in urban environment, traffic calming and the most recently idea of streetsharing developed in Australia. |
